At daybreak the boardwalk was filled with sand and people sitting on benches.
Until 8:30 when
the sand blower
(leaf blower in disguise)
created a stir.
Attempting to hold its ground the sand puffed up, only to twirl angrily away.
Wanting to avoid a scene the bench sitters walked away without a fight.
