July Small Stones
untying  by Teri H Hoover

On my walk today I tried to understand how we allow life sapping thoughts to overtake and make us virtually blind.

A breeze of undone perfection
untangling (gently with whispers)
some weedy musings.

A small spasm of reluctance
glistening with a wash of defeat
evaporates into the green leaves above my head.

This touched a chord. Today I thought to myself that I need a change of scenary, a diferent route to walk, to find fresh inspiration.
